Our staff are ready to help you get the right rental to fit your needs. From past conversations we’ve put together a list of the most commonly asked questions and our answers. We hope it helps!

Do I have to have a Credit Card to rent?

Yes. Unfortunately we cannot rent to you without one. No cash deposits accepted.

 

If I need to keep my car longer will that be a problem?

No problem at all! Just give us a call (1-877-797-7766) and let us know. If your new rental cost exceeds the pre-authorization we have for you we will put an additional pre-authorization to cover the extra costs.

 

What if I don’t bring the vehicle back on time?

Vehicles are rented on a daily (24 hour) basis. Due to high demand we do ask that you bring back a vehicle at the same time you rented it on the day of return – unless you have called to extend the rental. Failure to do so will result in the addition of a full day’s rates if the vehicle is more than 1 hour late.

 

Can I rent a car to go to X location and leave it at your branch there?

Sadly no. As a proudly independent business we have no other locations beside the one here in Oliver, BC.

 

How much will it cost for me to go to X location and back?

Feel free to call us anytime during office hours (1-877-797-7766) and we’ll be happy to give you an estimate!

 

Can I drop off my rental outside office hours?

Yes you can! We will be happy to explain how that is done when you are picking up your vehicle.

 

How does the free pick-up and delivery service work? Will you drop off a car to me at X location?

Our pick-up and delivery service is a great way to remove the stress of trying to reach our office without ready transportation. We will pick you up any time during office hours from wherever you wish – and drop you off again when your rental is done! This service is free for customers from Penticton to Osoyoos (and everything in between) – and we can offer pick-up and drop off for customers outside that area within reason but we will use the vehicle you will be renting to cover the extra fuel cost. If you are unsure we’ll be happy to clarify by email or phone.

 

Sadly we do not drop off vehicles directly to you – our poor agents would be stranded!

 

I’m looking to move soon but I’m not sure how big a truck I’ll need. Can I have a look at your trucks before I decide?

We’ll be happy to show you around our vehicles (so long as they’re not out on rent) and give whatever help you need to find the right vehicle.

 

Do I have to replace the fuel I use myself?

Not at all! If you prefer we can refuel the vehicle for you upon its return, however there will be a $10 service fee plus the cost of the fuel (charged slightly above current prices) added to your bill.

 

I have a dog. Can I bring it with me in the rental car?

You’re welcome to bring your housebroken animal into the vehicle with you as you would your personal car. However there may be charges incurred from damages caused by scratching, shedding or accidents.
